The startup journey is fraught with obstacles and problems. You’ll find that it is lonely at the top, and you need someone experienced who is on your side to talk to and to seek advice. A board of business, technical or scientific advisors can help by providing access to contacts, experience, expertise and much more from different perspectives. As your startup grows beyond your co-founding team, you will also need to hire senior executives and build a larger organization.
Our panelists, who are experts in executive search and compensation will address questions such as:
- Where do you find the right talent to fill your board and executive positions?
- How can you compensate them with your limited resources?
- How do you structure your board and senior executives for success?
A Question and Answer (Q&A) Session will follow the panel discussion, and the Expert Panelists will be available afterward for responses to individual questions.
