Sarah is Section 32’s Chief People Officer and focuses on the firm’s people strategies, ensuring our team can do their most creative and impactful work, and serves as an advisor to the firm’s portfolio of companies.
Prior to joining Section 32, Sarah was Partner and CHRO at Third Rock Ventures where she was responsible for internal human resources and provided guidance and counsel to the portfolio companies, focusing on human capital, talent acquisition and management, leadership development, organizational change and evolution, culture creation, board management, and compensation strategy.
She has served as interim CHRO for Cedilla Therapeutics, Thrive Earlier Detection, Relay Therapeutics, and MOMA Therapeutics and served on the Board of Directors for Thrive Earlier Detection and chaired the Compensation Committee.
Prior to Third Rock, Sarah was SVP, Human Resources at Foundation Medicine, where she worked closely with Mike and Steve. Joining the company at launch, Sarah built and fostered the high-performing culture that made FMI a repeated top place to work and a pioneer for talent branding in the life sciences sector.

Andrea is CEO, President & Director of Xylyx Bio, a commercial-stage biopharma company developing next-generation regenerative solutions to combat fibrosis, scarring, and other conditions involving extracellular matrix.
She is responsible for the overall management, corporate development and strategic planning, and has deep knowledge of the biomedical innovation and entrepreneurship sectors, with extensive experience vetting and supporting early stage ventures working to bring med tech products to market.
Prior to Xylyx, Andrea was Director of Biomedical Innovation Initiatives in the Columbia University Department of Biomedical Engineering, where she oversaw the full life cycle of the Columbia Biomedical Technology Accelerator (Columbia BiomedX), established to facilitate commercialization of clinical solutions through the provision of funding, education and resources to technical teams working to develop and de-risk early-stage biomedical technologies.
Andrea has an MBA and MPH, both from Columbia University, and a BA in Biology and Anthropology and a minor in Chemistry from Western Washington University.

Dr. Milica Radisic is a CEO and co-founder of Quthero Inc, a company focused on disrupting the way we treat skin after dermatological and surgical procedures.
She is also a co-founder of TARA Biosystems, an award-winning heart-on-a-chip company that uses Dr. Radisic’s mature heart tissue platform in disease modelling and drug testing.
Dr. Radisic also contributes as a Professor at the University of Toronto, Canada Research Chair and a Senior Scientist at the Toronto General Research Institute.
She is recognized as Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada-Academy of Science, Canadian Academy of Engineering, AIMBE and TERMIS. Her scientific work has resulted in over 260 publication with ~14000 citations and an h-index of 61.

She is recognized for strategic development, business acumen, and her ability to build and lead talented teams to commercialize products that change patients’ lives. Starting her career designing stents, a patent inventor for Johnson & Johnson’s drug eluting stent and progressing through global commercial leadership roles, she has contributed to some of the world’s most meaningful programs at top healthcare firms including Ansell Healthcare, Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson Cordis, Abbott Vascular, and Pfizer. Kristin holds a B.S. in bioengineering from Syracuse University, MBA in Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern.
