Don Drury

STRATEGIC GTM ADVISOR

I help organizations optimize the productivity and impact of their Go-to-Market teams. As a certified GTM OS Partner, I focus on optimizing Revenue Growth for both new customer acquisition and expansion sales.
I have been a proponent of the power of aligning internal teams to drive revenue since very early in my career (way before it was fashionable or “table stakes” for success). As a practitioner in various roles, I was adamant about not launching a product without ensuring the organization was ready to market, sell, and support it. At Kronos we proved in the early 2000’s the impact of industry focused playbooks, driving increased pipeline and revenue for multiple acquired products between fourteen and twenty-two percent. As a consultant with Sirius Decisions, I was embedded in cross-functional Revenue Growth Assessment projects to optimize demand generation and sales performance, and customer success.

Since launching Drury Advisors in 2018 my work has continued this same focus on aligning cross-functional teams around accelerating revenue growth leveraging shared messaging, plays, and metrics.

In July of 2025 I became a GTM OS certified partner and launched GTM Applied in recognition of the fact that thousands of business leaders read and comprehend best practice models and frameworks, but many need help executing these with a focus on revenue growth. The world changes, but these fundamental truths remain the same!
