Exit Strategies & Techniques for Entrepreneurs

June 5, 2018

We may have grand expectations or modest desires and sometimes real worries about whether or not we’ll succeed. Everything we do on day one will affect us in some way on the last day that venture exists.  How successful we feel on that last day will be the result of planning and preparation and re-planning and re-preparation, repeated many times.

Panel:

Stever Robbins https://www.steverrobbins.com

Stever Robbins, veteran of four IPOs, entrepreneurial coach, and co-designer of the Harvard Business School “Foundations” curriculum will talk to us about the options available to entrepreneurs and how we can shape our venture to take maximum advantage of them.

Ian Smith, Ex-CEO, COO, CFO, and Investment Banker http://portfoliopartnership.com

Ian Smith, Ex-CEO, COO, CFO, and Investment Banker, author of The Acquirer’s Playbook and The Exit Playbook and founder of The Portfolio Partnership will speak on how we can build businesses buyers love to buy.

This promises to be a very thought provoking evening. It will raise many questions for which we need to seek answers that apply to our specific situation and will supply some guidance on how we can resolve them.

A networking session will precede the meeting, and a question and answer session will follow the panelists’ presentations.
