Attendees will have the option to join us in-person at CIC, One Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142 or online via Zoom.
Due diligence is a process used by an investor or a company to gather the information necessary to calculate risk and determine value. Our panelists will be discussing the various aspects of the due diligence process from legal, financial and ultimate integration perspectives. Knowing what investors and companies are looking for before they ask leads to better outcomes and exits. Hear from a diverse panel of experts that will help you position for your future success.
By following these steps and conducting thorough due diligence, you can obtain capital and/or get acquired at a good price as potential investors and acquirers will feel well-informed as to their investment decisions and able to mitigate potential risks associated with acquisitions or investments.
